Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital image collections, once you have accessed and downloaded your purchased content, we generally cannot offer refunds. However, we do make exceptions in certain circumstances to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You have not yet downloaded any images from your collection
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing your purchased content
- The collection significantly differs from its description
- Duplicate charges occurred due to payment processing errors
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of your purchase
- Provide your order number and email address used for purchase
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to your collections until the end of the paid period
- Partial refunds are not available for the current billing cycle
Collection Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a specific collection, we offer exchange options:
- Exchange for a collection of equal or lesser value within 30 days
- Upgrade to a higher-tier package by paying the difference
- Receive credit toward future purchases
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom collections created specifically for your style preferences
- Collections that have been fully downloaded
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- Gift purchases that have been redeemed
Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Bank processing times may take 5-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is issued
